Terms of delivery Mel 'n Nel

We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Many of our products are in stock in the Netherlands and are therefore shipped as quickly as possible, namely within 1 business day. This is indicated with the product. However, please note that not all items can be shipped within one day because we also have a large stock in the US. We are working on putting the delivery times for these products online as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Shipping free with an order with a minimum order value of €99,-. For orders under €99,- we charge shipping costs. For an order heavier than 20kg, shipping costs are calculated separately. We deliver to all countries in Europe.​

All ordered products are basically shipped in one package. Only with special and pre-approved requests do we make an exception to this.

For personalized items, the delivery time may be longer. Do you have any questions or concerns? Please feel free to contact us—we are happy to help.

Are you ordering a custom-made product? Then we will always inform you in advance about the expected shipping time. Of course, we will do everything we can to keep this as short as possible.
