Return Conditions
By law, you have 14 days to change your mind. At Mel 'n Nel you always have 30 days for reflection and you have the right of return. When exchanging or returning, please send the items in the state in which you received them, note, no signs of use, hair, stains, etc. Always contact us in writing before returning. You may return the items in the packaging in which you received them. Do not forget to frank the shipment. The return costs are for our account in case of a valid reason. Again, return and exchange rights obviously do not apply when the items have been used.
If an item contains defects or has been shipped incorrectly, the return costs are at our expense. Again, please contact us for further instructions. If you have further questions regarding your return, you may also contact us in writing.
Upon return, we will refund you within 10 days after the item is received and inspected by us.
